I have just taken a good job as a sales team manager for a large company, it is very different to what I am used to so I am looking for some tips on how to implement new things such as CRM, and such... any ideas?

Honestly if you haven't implemented a CRM or similar system before you would be better off looking outside for a company that specialises in this kind of thing.

There are a number of solutions, each offer advantages and disadvantages, so best to seek advice.
