How does one remove an easement ,e.g. encroachment on yard, driveway etc. and elsewhere on property?

Encroachments and easements are different things although you can encroachment on an easement - which are you asking about?

An easement can be included on a deed when the property is sold. In such a case, the only way of removing it is to buy it from the owner of the easement.
