    Nurse anesthetist?
Hello... I am a 2nd year BSN student at ucla. It is a non impacted 4 year curriculum that I came into out of high school. Lately I have been considering working icu for a year before applying into a nursing anesthesia master's program. But it is possible to apply directly after graduating because it will take a year before I would even enter a program regardless so in that meantime while waiting for possible acceptances I can be gaining my year's of experience which is of course the minimum experience required to enter the crna programs anywhere. Which program do you suggest I apply into? (aka which ones are most reasonable to get into to?) I know they are all highly competitive. I heard that usc (university of southern california) won't take people who can't speak spanish or are very bias about whether you know fluent spanish which I think is a very irrational and unreasonable thing to require. Does anyone know if this is true? Also, do you know of any hospitals that run crna programs? I heard kaiser does something along those lines and how hard is it to get in and what does it entail? Any information would be helpful besides a link to a list of all crna programs because I've pretty much seen them all. Anyone particularly who is in a crna program or who is trying to get into one let me know your thoughts!
