    Legal formalities? You're going to need to be a lot more specific than that. I can make an entire career out of the legal formalities involved in real estate.

    Yes, about 4000 or so pages in the real estate books for just the state of Georgia to start, and I am sure this is not complete,

    What kind of real estate? Land, residential, commercial, trailer homes

    Do you want to know about title work, contracts, inspections, appraisals, surveys?

    Do you want info on buying, selling, brokering, renting, lending?

    Need a lot more specific question...
