I was on the yasmin pill and six weeks ago I missed 3 in a row and had unprotected sex I took them the next day but came off them 8 days early,I had spotting about 4 weeks ago but still no period,could I be pregnant,have a lot of back pain,cramps,light headed,swolling stomach:confused:

Could you be pregnant, yes, but we can't tell you for certain over the internet. You have to take an hpt using first morning urine, or go to your doctor for a blood test.

Just a note, every time you have sex there is the risk of pregnancy, even with protection.

Get a home pregnancy test first. Then make an appt with your Dr. if you are still unsure. But I will say, even if you are pregnant, it's too early for a swollen tummy and back pain. So you probably should still see your dr in case it's something else causing your pains (ie. Urinary tract infection, kidney or bladder infection, etc.)
