    Woman's Comp Attorney Fraud
    My WC case was settled and approved by the commission in NC om May 1 2008. My attorneys Crumley and Associates in High Point NC, keep giving me the run around about the settlement check. I called the adjuster who told me they have not heard from the attorney. C and A said the attorney told them they had cut the check. It is July, can I sue C and A or can someone tell me what is going on and what do I need to do?

    Contact the adjuster and ask them for a copy of the check he paid the attorney.

    Oh by the way C and A says for me not to do that it is against the law.
