Why are boys scare to ask you out when you know you both like each other?
Boys are in general insecure when they are teens, also he may be afraid you will rejecthim even if that is not the case. I would suggest you asking him out, and if he is interested he'll call you on that.
Of course there is the possibility that he has no interest in going out with you, so that's why he's not asking. Boys are annoying a lot of the time, the trick is to get used to it, they'll mature eventually.
Well me being a guy I could tell you he's prob scared of girls still!! Or he just don't no how to approch you.. even no you're a girl gie it a shot and try to ask him out..
Boys are scared because they're boys. They have little experience at it, so the fear is perfectly normal. People are scared to death of roller coasters and skydiving until they do it enough to ENJOY them and even look forward to them.
Dating is the same thing. It takes practice. Until your inexperienced boys turn into confident men, you will have to be patient with them. Learning and confidence takes time, and it can be a fun thing (confidence) to develop together.
Meanwhile, YOU can help or hinder the process, you know? You can make it harder on them by putting up rules/barriers or making them jump through hoops. I hope you don't do that, because you're learning right now, too, and if you develop those sort of habits now, they will plague you in your adult relationships, too.
Help your guys out. Keep opening the door for them to ask you out. Don't be frustrated too much, some guys overcome their fear much faster than others.
Why don't YOU ask him out?
The reasons vary and are numerous. Maybe, he is scared that he will be picked on, or maybe he doesn't know what to do if you do start dating, or maybe he is worried how the friendship will change if you two get together, or maybe he is not sure of himself, or maybe some one told him you don't like him, or some one told him that they don't think he is good enough for you, or maybe some one told him something he doesn't like (that may not be true.) about you. Maybe he is worried his mother or father won't like you, or your parents won't like him, or maybe he wants to focus on school, or maybe he doesn't think he can buy you nice things so he won't date you, or maybe he was really hurt by a girl once before, The list is endless.Quote:

(pushing it being like when a person keeps asking about something or won't drop something.)
Does that answer your question??
Peace be with you.
