Does any one know if you have to have a witness present when getting married at the Chicago marriage court? I can't find anything online.

CAll the court and ask to be sure, but normally they are provided at the court for you. ** That is the way any and all courts I have ever known have done. Also there are pastors who will marry anyone on site, in your home and more if that is of interest

No you do not, if married in marriage court you do not need a witness

No witness is needed in chicago's marriage court.

What are the procedures, and hours of operations to get married at the court.
