Last time I posted I had been to the er and they said I was 5 1/2 to 6 weeks prg. But no heartbeat detected and I was lightling spotting. They would not do anything until I saw my obgyn which I can't do until Monday. I have been lightly bleeding now for over a week. Late yesterday afternoon the cramps began. Overnight I could not get comfortable at all. The cramps felt like contractions. Coming on strong then letting up. My bleeding has increased and I am seeing small clots. I know it is getting close. Does anybody know how long before the miscarriage actually starts to happen once the bleeding gets heavier and the small clots are noticeable? I am at home alone because my fiancée went to the river to celebrate the 4th even though he knew what was going on. He said to call him if anything changed. And it is also our 3rd year anniversary. What should I do?:(
