Have a tenant with an attorney that advises on Quash & Demur of all filings.
Have received no rent in 9 months and can not get them out legally. They call it
"Legal Extortion" Can I get emergency hearing?

Where is your attorney? What grounds is the tenenat citing for not paying rent or avoiding an eviction? What have you done to get them evicted?

Guess after one month my attorney would be doing something.
Sounds like you were not set up as a business ready to deal with people like this.
