I have started a new job 3 month back and now I am in love with my co-worker.
She always after me at work but after work if I call her she always wants to end the telephone conversation. I asked her out for dinner but she answered no. How should I deal with the rejection ?

I feel she is using me at work and when works finish she has no interest in talking to me.

I'm in love with her and I see and think about her all the time, it's becoming difficult to focus at work and at home.

Sorry bud your not in love with her. Your having a crush or your just in fantasy land, but this I not love. You do not even know this girl. How to deal with what rejection. No, means no. It is quite simple. She is not interested.
Work is work, called team work and getting work done by working with each other. Simple.

You love the attention she gives you. She evidently does not have any feelings for you or she would not be one way at work where she feels safe and different when she is not at work. You need to be careful because she could be the type that could turn around and sue you for sexual harassment if she gets offended in your flirting back with her. It does happen.
I would find a way to tell her that if she has no interest in going out with you then don't bother flirting with you.

Yes, love is what happens after months of actual dating and you getting to know them, this is called being used and/or having sexual desires that you are confusing with love. Sounds like you have to learn to move on when it si not happening
