I was supposed to move out Dec 1 of 2007 but I didn't get move out until the 6th of the month. Do I have to pay a reletting fee even if I had been going month to month and not in a lease?

I don't know about a reletting fee. I don't even know what that is. You DO, however, owe December's rent in full.
