    Salary and being pregent
If you are pregnant and you are salary can they deduct from your wage for being put on 6 hours a day with doctors note.

    Emland
If you are in the US and working without a contract (non-union, for example) employers can pretty much do as they like as long as they do not violate federal minimum wage laws.

Don't you think your wage should be adjusted since you are working 25% less time?

I have to agree with Emland. I was in the same position as you, I had to cut my hours in half the last month of my first pregnancy, actually, the doctor didn't want me working at all, but I talked him in to letting me work half days. Now, the company I worked for didn't deduct my salary, but I live in Canada, the laws etc. are different here.

Can you apply for short term disability? Do you have that?
