    After having sex what happens?
I haven't had sex in a long time and I did a few days ago and now I have a brown discharge. I don't know if that means I have an infection or if I'm pregnant or if we just might have been too rough. It doesn't hurt and I don't feel any different. Also I am on the pill could these just be symptoms from not having sex for a long period?

Odds are it is from irritation... brown discharge or bleeding is often associated with being older blood, which would account for it showing up a few days after you had sex.

I agree,it can be blood that has been there for a while,I have the same problem,I bleed after sex a lot sometimes its brown in colour or deep red which can be a result of being too rough, but am sure if you had safe sex there's no risk of it being a STD or pregnancy
    All the best

The only "safe" sex, is no sex. Even with protection you can get pregnant or get an STD, condoms and other birth control just lowers the risk, not extinguishes it.

As for the bleeding, I have to agree with the others.
