What happens if your landlord gives you an eviction notice for a different apartment .
I live in number 4 and the eviction is for number 1

Now I know my landlord is wanting to evict us but is this a way to extend me not having to leave... I could defenetly use the extra time.

Did you sign or in any way acknowledge receipt of an eviction notice?
He would likely say you knew and it was a typo.

It's hand written and the naighbors names are on it not mine

Sounds like you can prove it wasn't meant for you if your name isn't even on it.

Let's see. Someone else's apartment number is on the notice. Someone else's name is on the notice. The notice is attached to your door.

I think the landlord is trying to evict someone else.
