My dog ate about 10 baby aspirin has thrown up twice in 2 days and seems very sluggish and tired she I be concerned or do you think her stomach ache will pass?

I wold take her to the vet. This is not something to ignore.

It may be bleeding internaly I hope you took it to the vet

She also may have a gastric ulcer, which can be dangerous, since aspirin is a blood thinner, and that is a high enough dose to cause problems. Take it from a veterinary technician whose husband is a veterinarian, if you haven't taken your pup to the vet, you should make an appointment before all the clinics are closed except for the emergency (aka much more expensive) ones.
