    What should I do
I have atwo houses in my name one which is 20 days away from foreclosure my wife is about to buy a house in her name and I am thinking of filing bankruptcy. I am a small business owner(which is a INC.) and part of the corporation.

My wife is not on the loans with me they were from earlier on. Can they come after my wife or business corporation for the money any Idea what I should do??

They can come after her if her name is jointly on any accounts or your business.

If you are an "Inc.", and I have no reason to doubt you, you may need a business evaluation of your "Inc." to determine what it is worth. For instance, if your "Inc." is worth $1 Million, the Chapter 7 Trustee may show some interest in taking some of the shares you own to pay your debts. You should review your business evaluation with your accountant and attorney before filing Chapter 7.

Do you mean if she is on any personal or business bank accounts with him?

If her name is on joint accounts with him yes they can take money out.
Once you have filed bankruptcy they are not suppose to but I have been hearing more and more stories of how credit collection companies are getting sneakier and doing things they aren't suppose to.
I am not sure with business companies what they do and do not do when you have a bankruptcy.
