OK how do you guys pronounce Nevada? I am really curious considering a lot of you guys are from back east or in another country, so how do you guys pronounce it?

And albear its pronounced ne-va-dah a as in sad, not a as in father.

We could ask how those Easterners pronounce Oree-gone. That's Oregon.

Then there is Wisk-ahn-sin, the Wisconsin way to pronounce their state. I called it wiss-cohn-sin for years.

Then there are those strange folks in Washington State who pronounce it Warsh-in-ten. They warsh their clothes too.

Then there's Illi-noisah for Illinois.
