Not able to see my child
    Hello all,
Well let me begin to say that I pay child support faithfully and my baby's mother does not let me see my daughter. I have no clue where they are. I have no address or number.. I don't even get pics to see what she looks like and she is five yrs old now. One time the mother called my grandmothers house and her number was left on the caller id so I tried to call and she had the number disconnected. She sends my grandmother pics with no return address. What can I do I don't even know my own daughter because of her. I have another daughter who is 3 and she wants to see her older sister so bad but I don't have any information on her.

Is there a visitation order in place? Who do you pay support to?

No just that she is the custodial parent... I pay to the mother it is garnished from my checks. How can she do this? I have no problem taking care of my child but I would like her to know she has a dad

She can do this because YOU have done nothing about it. When the Child Support hearing was being held, did you petititon for any custody rights, for any visitation schedule? Apparently you didn't. So you NEED to go back to court and petititon for visitation. The court will hold a hearing and subpeona her to attend. Then a visitation schedule will be setup and she will be forced to adhere to it or face contempt of court charges

You need to get an attorney and take her back to court, to force your visititation. And the court has to have her address, to mail her money to her.
