Sounds like you need to get to the doctors to get a prescription for whatever it is.
It could be a few things. J_9 would have a better idea of what it might be.

You do need to go to the doc, It sounds like it could be a bad bladder infection, or kidney inf. Does your back hurt?

Go to one of those non-emergency medical centers where you don't need an appointment.

Many places do not have free clinics.
And many do require an appointment (for the day then you sit all day until they call you).
Some go by an income basis fee.

Go to Emergency ASAP. Sounds like an infection, but only a doctor can prescribe and determine what is the cause is. Do not leave it, sounds like you have left it way too long already.
