    GE icemaker freezies up
My icemaker is freezing up in the dispenser tube and in the white tray the water is poured into before it goes into cube tray, and the cube tray is all froze up also. Its never done this before its always worked fine before. (GE model#GSS20IEPHWW side by side)

Sometimes the ice system freezes up completely. Do you have a temporal alternative for the frozen goods? In that case you can defrost the entire system completely and restart .
Note : is there any sign of "sweating"?

I did defrost it and I saw that it has a slow drip from the tube that feeds the water to the ice maker, so I' didn't know what would cause that and if I could replace it or not

    Dear tabithahogue

Seems you have a blockage there. I assume you checked the tap itself already.
An internal blockage requires the assistance of a professional repair man...
