When the name of the Prophet(P.B.U.H) comes ,some of the people start kissing their thumbs and then touch with eyes.Does Islam allows this.If yes then give me the reference of the holy Quran or Sahi hadith ,Thanks

Personally I have never seen one doing so.. even so I can not say is is prohibited...
