I co-signed for my daughter for a very nice home and she is allowing her friends to come over and drink and party and destroy the home.
I know I am responsible for the payments if they don't get paid but do I have any rights regarding protecting the property value?

I have never heard of anything like that. You might want to check into seeing if there are insurances that might cover something like that.

Unless you are also a part owner in the property instead of just a co-signer, you have no control over what she does with the house.

You own the debt not necessarily the property. Like previous posts, it all depends on whose name is on the deed.
