She is peeing blood thowing up weak and we don't know what to do help! She has heart wromes too!

Sounds like it might be Parvo, either way immediate medical attention is crucial. Please get her to a 24 hour animal hospital now.

If he loves his dog so much the best would be to take it to the vet!

Shouldn't your dog have been vaccinated against parvo? Please clean your hands and bleach everything before touching another dog.

As for heartworms, I'm sure you already know if the dog already has them, you can't treat them with heartworm medication (for prevention) or they will clog up and cause the dog to die. Get that taken care of while you're at the vet for the other, if you haven't already.

They probably won't treat for the heartworms while the dog is already sick. Heartworm treatment is brutal, and can wind up killing the dog if the infestation is bad enough. You definitely don't need the added stress of recovering from some other illness at the same time.
