Well, first of all, you have to quit shoplifting.

It is very likely that this second offense, will end up costing you some jail time, depending on the situation in your area.

Things like an over crowded jail could push it to a longer supervised probation period and possibly a suspended jail term, if you complete the probation requirements.

If you don't have or can't afford an attorney, you need to request one from the court.

I would bet that you will be ordered to pay a fine, be put on probation and have to repay the store, As long as you meet those requirements.
Now they may also give you some jail time to teach you a lesson also

You were cited for shoplifting - were you shoplifting?
