I just tried to replace an old ceiling fan with a new ceiling fan. The old wiring has one light brown one dark brown one white and one black that was already in the ceiling. The new fan has white black blue. Atached best I could but the lights work and the fan doesn't. Please give me advice.

How was the old fan connected to the ceiling? What make/model is it? Also, be clearer. Does your ceiling have two browns, black, and white or was that the old fan?
