Hi I am 4 and a half weeks pregnant .I notice that when I went to wipe myself I had a brown discharge .what could this be ,as I am worried.

Some spotting or light bleeding is fairly common in the first weeks of pregnancy. Brown blood is often considered "old blood", that has been there for sometime, and is usually not a concern. If you find it becomes more abundant or changes to red, give your doctor or midwife a call.
