Hi, I'm 23 and have had a hard white lump where the shaft of my penis meets the head. I was partially circumcised (dont ask me why, I was a newborn when it happened and never had it finished. The portion of the penis not cut is on the top of the penis and this is also where the lump is located. The seems to be a hard white ball right under the skin and I never feel it unless I deliberately squeeze it. I have had it for as long as I can remember but it has only recently begun to irk me that I do not know what it is exactly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Without examining it, there is nothing we can do to help you. You should see a urologist to have this properly diagnosed and treated.
