I have hampton bay ceiling fan with light and after several year of work it stops [motor is not working. Any idea what to check? The dip switches already checked on receiver and transmuter

Can you run it manually ? If so your problem is the IR transmitter.. or the receiver (less likely)...

Does it have pullchains?

Does the LED light on the remote?
