I'am 4-5 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing upper abdominal cramping for the last few hours (much like constipation; I feel bloated and haven't been able to do much in the bathroom besides urinate----if you know what I mean). It is tolerable, by that, I mean it is not intense pain. I just had slight pink staining/spotting not long ago... I' am wondering if I'm having a miscarriage??

I imagine that if you were having a miscarriage there would be more blood - like a clotty period - and the pain wouldn't be tolerable, also a complete loss of pregnancy symptoms. If it continues check with your doc, just to put worry to rest..

Hi I would go to the doc tomorrow. That is how my miscarriage started. Cramping and a little pink then went to the er and they said I was having one. So to be on the safe side I would go and have it checked out. Good luck to you
