I'm suppose to start my period on the first and I took and test today and it was negative.
What am I doing wrong? How am I not getting pregnant? I had sex the 11-20 of this month.

Too many causes to pinpoint the problem in the first place.
Have you spoken this through with your physician?
Has a gynaecologist ever inspected you?
If you don't know if the "hardware" is functioning properly, it makes little sense discussing the functioning of the software.
"Software" problems may be in the functioning of the male, in the way you two have sex, in previous preventives you may have used, in previous deceases or infections you may have had, etc. etc.
Whatever you do : first have your "hardware" inspected !

It may be too early... many women have to wait until their periods are late to get an accurate result. Keep in mind, there is more to it than just good timing as well. See what happens with your period. Good luck!

It sounds like you might be a little stressed out worrying about not getting pregnant. I read that this could actually make it difficult. I took my pregnancy a week before my period was due and it came out positive. Don't stress out and I am sure, it will happen. Make sure you are taking prenatal vitamins and get lots of rest.

I had a miscarriage in march when I was 3 months pregnant so I know the hardware is OK...
I guess I'm just getting impatient. It hurt so bad when I lost the baby.
