My central air unit won't come on. It will buzz like it is trying to kick on and I can feel the fan motor and tell that it is getting power. If I turn the fan with my hand it will keep going but not very fast... help !

Is the compressor coming on and running?, could be a bad capicitar,, is nothing is running,. Could be a bad fan motor if the compressor is running
