What kind of cleaner to get dirt and streaks off tub surround?

What material is the tub surround? What made the streaks? Need to know so we don't tell you to use something that will damage it. Dirt should wipe off with water.

Do not use kitchen cleanser or anything that has abrasive particles. Soft Scrub should work well as does Scrubbing Bubbles.
