Non-custodian parent moves to foreign country
The non-custodian parents just recently moved to Taiwan and claims that he no long lives in California to pay for child support. He still owns property and I believe he gets paid in US. Does he still need to pay child support for our 16 year old son?

Yes, of course he still needs to pay child support. We call them 'dead beat dads' if they try to get out of obligations. But I don't know how you would pursue getting paid if he is living in Taiwan unless you had the court attach the support to his american bank account. You need to ask your lawyer how you will do this.

Absolutely... He is still responsible until the child is 18. You may need to bring this matter to the court one more time so that his bank account and property in US can be garnished, and if he has US passport, he won't be able to renew his passport unless this sum is paid in full.
