    Defrost / Ice build up
I have a side-by-side and the frezzer side over freezes in addition to ice forming on the bottom. Have deefrosted and the ice forms on the bottom w/in 3-4 days.

I have a repair man headed my way - but any help would be great.

The defrost limit switch has probably pooped out on you and needs replaced. This is a very common problem with the side by side models. If you can try and watch what he's doing, testing, etc and if the same problem happens again you can hopefully fix it yourself if you can get ahold of the right replacement part to do it with. You may not have that kind of model though and might end up having to replace the motherboard instead.

Could be the drain hose is clogged and water is not draining properly after defrost cycle thus freezing
