Can YOU marry someone who is already married to someone else?

First off, no, you can't, except in a couple of rare places on the planet and you'd already know if you lived there, so... No, you can't

Secondly, is that your real goal? To break up someone's home, wreck their marriage, tear him away from his vows and commitments to take him for yourself?

Really? That's who you are? You're really a person who would put her feelings above everything else in life, consequences be damned? Really?

Well, if you DID manage to convince this guy to walk away from his family/wife/life, keep one thing in mind... THAT'S THE KIND OF GUY you would be landing.

I know, I know, you "love him to the ends of the earth", right? Ugh. Well, you better love him, because that's all you'll have. You won't have any real security! He'll have proven his love can be broken by some new skirt coming along... you! You did it once to his current wife, some other girl could do it to you. Isn't that wonderful?

So, this is what you want? I sincerely hope you give up this entire line of thinking and go back to developing your own nobler life.

You can do anything on paper, but it will never stand up in court.

In the US, the married person will have to get a divorce before they can ge married to another person. If they don't they are doing a criminal act and can be put in jail for it.

In other countries and in other customs people do have more than one wife.
