You have to check if your water pump is electrically powered. Use a volt- or multi-meter to test that.

Is there electricity in the power line that feed the pump section? If no : the electricity supply to the entire pump section is faulty. If yes :

Is there electricity across the pump connection points? If yes : the pump motor is faulty. See also note 2. If no :

Check the pressure switch : is there electricity across the switch-over points? If yes : either the switch is faulty, or the water pressure remains too high to switch into pumping mode (somewhere a valve is closed or pipe is blocked). If no : the connection between the switch and motor is faulty.

Note 1 : if your pump fills a roof tank, and water flows in the house by gravity, the overflow switch in that tank is stuck into "closed position".
Note 2 : does your pump have a well water level contact? If so the well is dry, and the pump is not allowed to start to prevent burn out.

    Hope this helps!

    :)
