I saw this movie 2 years ago and I can't remember the title. Please help? This is all I can remember ,

A birthday party and this rain is falling and its like acid rain. A mother rushes her children inside and locks out a family and they disenagrate. Years later, one of the sisters go missing and the girl meets this boy and hooks up. They brainwashed her into sneaking out and they ride down to this bar or club. The daughter realizes that her mother sold her sisters body and soul to the owner of the club. Now the disappeared sister is like a dead dancing girl.
