Sometimes he makes me feel like the happiest I can ever be and sometimes he makes me feel terrible he makes me feel ugly and sometimes I wonder if he really loves me like he says he does... I'm pretty sure were not meant to be but I love him so much I want to let go but I don't want to... what should I do please help

I was in a relationship like that at one point with my ex of 8 years. It is very hard to let go when you don't want to, but you really need to if he makes you feel that way. Find things to do to keep your mind off him and move on with your life.
