    Google Toolbar EULA
    My question is how can I stop this toolbar page from appearing every time I start my computer? This page will not allow me to decline or remove it. Can anyone help?

    1. Uninstall Google Toolbar (Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Remove Google Toolbar)
    2. Reboot if necessary.
    3. Make Google your homepage so anytime you open a web page you automatically get Google without needing an extra toolbar.
