    Hi I've just want a bit of advice , I'm 42 very fit and active, and I've noticed that my left hand testical is a lot lower than the other one in the later weeks, I've also felt that the main tubes down to the first testcial are swollon and enlarged and seen a funny texture , they are not sore but I'm just worried about the shape and size of theses tubes ? Can anyone adive on this many thanks

    Here is some info on testicular cancer if that is on your mind. One good sign for you is its most prevalent in 18 to 35 year olds. But you should see a urologist.

    It sounds like it could be a varicocele. A varicocele is enlargement of the veins in the scrotum. If it is a varicocele your scrotum may feel like a "bag of worms".
    It is caused by blood draining into the veins in and around your testicle.
    I would see a doctor as it can lead to infertility.
