Can anyont help me out in this.

I got H1 from a company A, but I haven't travelled to US on H1. Now I am holding a fresh H1 in my home country. Now a another company B is offering me. They want me to travel to US on Company A's Visa. After landing in US they will transfer my Visa within 60 days once I entered US. They said it requires no paystubs.

It seems illegal. Kindly clarify me in this. Whether it is legal or not. Tell me what happens if I travel to US as said by them
