The vet says our chihuahua has interal sneezes. He sounds like a goose when he does this, his throat enlarges and he sounds like he has problems breathing. It seems to be increasing in frequency. Is there anything to worry about and is there any medicine or steps I can do to help decrease these episodes?

From what I have been told, it's caused by something irritating the throat. So, it may be allergies, and allergy medicine might help. I'd talk it over with your vet and see what he says about treatments.
