Hey, so there is this guy and he is my brothers best friend. We see each other almost everyday. And I've known him for 8 years! I mean we play wreslte all the time and he will touchs my arms and my feet. He was my first crush. And now I can never fall asleep without thinking about him. And when I do I dream about him. All my friends know I like him even my close guy friends. He's really shy when it comes to relationship stuff. He went on vacation. With my family and we were playing crochat he said "I love you sis." when we are around each other things click but when we text he doesn't seem to want to talk. So what up?

OK this is from the person who wrote this. The I love you sis could he be saying that to say he loves me. I am asking this because when I come out side or come near him he sings "can you feel the love tonight" or someother love song

You've known each other for 8 years. You have a family-style love/connection to one another. That you can rely on.

What comes next isn't up to him, it's up to you. You don't decide whom you like more based on if you think they like you back the same way. That's crazy. You'll never get anywhere thinking like that.

Stop trying to decide if you can decode his songs/comments to you, and just believe what he says as fact. Nothing more. Don't interpret.

THEN, decide for yourself if YOU want to try for more with him or not. YOU decide. Decide for YOU. Then, if you've decided you want to go for him, then do it. You don't wait until he's ready, wait for some signal from the universe, or wait to "figure him out"... you just let him know you'd like to go out just the two of you together sometime.

If he agrees to that, he's STILL not your boyfriend. He's a great friend going on a date with you. Relax, take it slow and after a few dates you should be able to clearly see his interest in you, or not.
