Hi

I take birth control pills, but I don't actually take the placebo pills for the fourth week. My last pack had my week of placebo pills go from Monday to Sunday. On Friday, which was the third day of my period, I was wearing a tampon but my boyfriend pressed inside me about an inch or two without a condom on. Could I get pregnant from the pre- even if my period still continued the next day?

I would take a test but I have to wait around to do so. Should I be concerned in the meantime or am I most likely in the clear?

There is no form of birth control that is 100% effective, so even though you are on the pill, it could still happen. It's not likely from what you described though.
