    Is your stimulus refund check applied to taxes owed.
    If you owe taxes from the previous year is the stimulus check applied to that? I received letter stating that I should receive check on 06/20/2008 and have still not received.

    Yes, they will not send your stimulus rebate, and it will be applied against tax you owe.

    Yes , i just saw a show on that... they will take it.
