Hey, I just got off the phone with a pseudo-friend because she called crying that she has a warrant out for her arrest. The reason is that she bounced a $102 check at k-mart and after they notified her and she still hadn't paid turned it over to their local lawyer and she had until yesterday to pay like $368 I think (including the check and other fees associated with it). When she didn't pay by the end of yesterday's business hours they had a judge issue a warrant this morning. I was just wondering if that is the type of warrant that they will actively look for the person or if it's one of those that the person has to screw up (like get pulled over for speeding) before they act on it.
