I've already seen posts for the phrases I wanted translated into sanksrit. But when I go to look at the post, I don't see characters just "?????"

Do I need to look at these posts through a different browser?

You need to have unicode fonts with latest version i.e. UTF-8 & also
UTF-8 enabled operating system to read & display them properly.
