I was on anti-depressants. But the problem was before and since this time. Are you sure you aren't gay? I mean, if the only way you finish is with anal sex, then there could be a problem there. Also, you're going to make your girlfriend raw if you continue to have sex with her for extended periods, all for -your- benefit. Make sure you use plenty of lube and don't get angry with her. You can cause serious damage to her, so if I were you, I'd visit a doctor.

Yes we do use lube but most of the time its not a problem with her, I have a doctors appt on Thursday.. I don't think I'm gay I have no desire to be with a man. I think the reason anal sex gets me off is the consistily tightness...

Anyway, this is my opinion, but I think you are spending way too much time in bed, way too much time stroking. It's not healthy.

Again, why can't you climax? Perhaps, you are just engorged but not turned on enough because of the pressure the older woman is putting on you for performance. I really don't know... hopefully a man will answer this question for you.
