I have a 10 week old, 3 lb. yorki-poo. I am feeding her the food the people I got her from said she ate, but she only eats about 1/8 a cup. She has lost a little weight. What can I do? Any recommended brand for this type of dog and problem? She sleeps a lot, but will play when encouraged. She does seem to have a sad look in her eye. I have had her for 10 days. The vet says she is healthy but if she doesn't start eating they want to give her a blood test. Any suggestions? I'm sooooo worried.:(

Stick to the food the breeder was feeding. If you do change, spread it out over a week. Stay in touch with the vet. If she develops diarrhea, call the vet immediately no matter what the time.

It could be stress from a new home. Lavish attention on her.
